End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Sulix Note is closed-source commercial software. By purchasing a license, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the software.

Free tier: Use of basic features at no cost
Standard tier: One-time purchase unlocking intermediate features
Pro tier: One-time purchase unlocking all features

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Copy, modify, or distribute the software's binaries
Bypass the Ed25519 offline activation mechanism or purchase-platform validation
Use the software for any illegal activities

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, title, and copyright in the software and its copies belong to the developer. This agreement does not grant any intellectual property rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the software.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed via 面包多, 爱发电, or MS Store Commerce. Refund policies follow the respective platform's terms.

7. Termination

If you violate any term of this agreement, the license terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the software.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
